You can even sneak in a little spinach when nobody is looking.   Smoothies are served in our kitchen many times throughout the week.   It might be with breakfast or it might be a mid-morning or afternoon snack.   It is a great way to get a couple fruits and vegetables in each day.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-very-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">You can make your smoothies as thick or thin as you like.     I just put them together and mix them with my immersion blender.  I don&#8217;t measure any of these ingredients. Yup.
