Mine is modified version of the Banana Bread **Cockaigne from the&nbsp;<strong>Joy of Cooking 75th Anniversary edition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20200816_091458-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><br>Preheat oven to 350\u2019F<br>Mix Together:<br>1 1\/2 cups all-purpose four<br>1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder<br>1\/2 teaspoon salt<br><strong>**2 teaspoons cinnamon<\/strong><br><br>Beat in a large bowl at medium speed until creamy<br>2\/3 cup sugar<br><strong>**1\/2 stick of soften butter<br>**1\/4 cup sour cream<\/strong><br><br>Beat in:<br>2 large eggs, beaten<br>1 1\/4 cup mashed bananas<br><strong>**2 teaspoon vanilla<\/strong><br><br><strong>**Omitted Fruit and Nuts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Add dry ingredients in about 3 parts, beating until smooth after each addition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Scrap batter into greased 8 1\/2 x 4 1\/2 loaf pan.
