{"id":2614,"date":"2020-11-26T21:15:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T21:15:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/?p=2614"},"modified":"2020-11-26T21:16:25","modified_gmt":"2020-11-26T21:16:25","slug":"stuffed-mushrooms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/happilyhomeschoolinginiowa.com\/?p=2614","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Mushrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ingredients:<br>Whole baby bella mushrooms approximately 17-18<br>1\/4 cup minced onions<br>1 clove mined garlic<br>1\/4 cup cream Cheese + 1 tbsp cream cheese<br>1\/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese<br>2 tbsp spoon dried basil <br>A dash of salt and pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Remove stumps from mushrooms.<br>Mince about 5 stumps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Sautee onions, garlic, stumps in butter until tender.  Once tender add one tbsp cream cheese to mixture, mix until the cream cheese is melted and vegetables are coated.   Remove and let cool.<br><br>Mix in remaining cream cheese, cheddar cheese, a dash of salt and pepper and a table spoon of dried basil. Mix until the filling is creamy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Place mushroom tops in a greased backing dish.
