A Couple Chicken Salad Recipes
Chicken Salad Recipe 1
2 Lbs Chicken, chopped or shredded;season chicken with salt and pepper and thyme. 
1/2 cup diced apple, 1/4 cup of chopped Red Onion and 1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes 
Add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 Cup Mayo 
A Table Spoon of chopped almonds
Optional: Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt and pepper to your taste.
Chicken Salad Recipe 2
Brown 2lbs Chicken, Chopped or Shredded, season chicken with salt and pepper and thyme. 
1 cup chopped carrots, 1 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup chopped white or yellow onion and 1/2 cup diced apple 
Add 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup Sour Cream 
Add 1/8 cup of diced almonds 
Mix ingredients until combined
Optional: Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt and pepper to your taste.
You can top your choice of crackers with a tablespoon of chicken salad, make finger sandwiches or make a chicken salad sandwich.
