More Chicken Salad Recipes? Yup!

Seriously, can you eat too much chicken salad. Let me tell you why I love making chicken salad. Love! It is super simple and tastes super yummy. There you have it.

3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
Handful of green grapes (seedless) quartered or halved depending upon size.
Handful of red grapes (seedless) quartered or halved depending upon size.
3 cups shredded chicken ( I like chicken breast slow cooked in the crock pot, easy to shred)
1/4 diced red onions
1/2 an apple diced
Salt to taste
Black Ground Pepper to taste
Teaspoon of lemon juice

Mix it all together until ingredients are combined and flavors are blended.

Serve on your favorite bread. If you haven’t tried pretzel buns. I would recommend them. 🙂

1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 cups chicken, shredded
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced sun dried tomatoes
A little salt (to taste)
A little pepper (to taste)

Mix it all together until ingredients are combined and flavors are blended. Serve on your favorite bread.
