Apple Pie Spice Mini Flute Cakes

Mini Bundt Cake Ingredients:
1 White Cake Mix
1 Tsp. Cloves
1. Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cup Water or Milk or Buttermilk (cake mix calls for 1 cup water)

1/2 Cup oil (as called for by the cake mix)
2 eggs (cake mix calls for 3 egg whites)
2 Tsp. Vanilla extract

Topping: Apple Pie Filling

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate medium bowl.
Combine ingredients. Mix well.

Fill mini-flute cake pan with batter. I over filled mine. I wanted the cake to have a complete bottom. This is not necessary.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in cakes comes out clean.

Remove cakes from mini-flute pan. Let cool on wire rack.

Once cooled fill with apple pie filling.

Serve as is or with a little heavy cream or ice cream.
